We recognize and acknowledge a continuing responsibility to manage our businesses to minimize environmental impact. 

This responsibility should include the use of: targeted marketing techniques to improve the efficiency of addressed and unaddressed direct mail, environmentally friendly product packaging and shipping materials; recycled papers and environmentally benign inks and other materials; materials recycling programs; and the active encouragement of environmental responsibility among members of our community.

MARKETING STRATEGIES:

We do not use click-bait titles in our content, and knowingly share opaque and misinformed content in the digital space. 

We do not purchase email lists. 

We do not purchase followers or engagement or use bots in any of our social media accounts and campaigns. We do not send spam or automated direct messages on social media platforms. 

We conduct our marketing strategies and practices as transparently as possible. We encourage our clients to use enlightened marketing strategies in their business where possible.

CAMPAIGN LIMITATIONS 

We will not participate in any campaign involving the exploitation of any person or group on the grounds of race, colour, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, marital status or age.

We do not participate in the spreading of any information that exploits cruelty, violence or hate.

We will not knowingly exploit the credulity, lack of knowledge or inexperience of any consumer. We will take particular care when dealing with vulnerable consumers including, but is not limited to children, teenagers, people with disabilities, the elderly and those for whom English is not their first language.

INFLUENCER MARKETING

We do not publish product testimonials by a third party if the third party has a material connection (financial, employment or otherwise) with the brand unless disclosure of this connection is made within the testimonial or the related advertising message.

Our influencers must disclose clearly in each post relating to a product any material connection between the brand and the influencer (such as free product, monetary payments, discounts or other business or family connections) that have the potential to affect how consumers evaluate the influencer’s independence.

We ensure that the influencer’s followers know that a reference to a product is a marketing representation.

TRUTHFULNESS 

We do not omit material facts and will always be clear, comprehensible and truthful. We will not knowingly make a representation to a consumer or business that is false or misleading.
