The Craft: Strategy and Execution

We developed a comprehensive social media plan focused on increasing engagement and growing TOCO’s follower base. By creating educational content, showcasing community events, and featuring user-generated photos, we built a stronger connection with both current and potential members.

We used targeted strategies for Instagram and Facebook, emphasizing organic growth through posts, stories, and reels. Seasonal events and Tesla-related news kept content fresh and relevant, while high-quality photography and videos ensured the posts resonated with the audience.

The Leap: Outcomes and Evolution

Through our targeted social media strategy, the Tesla Owners Club of Ontario saw a 60% growth in Instagram followers and a 40% increase in engagement on Facebook. A Halloween-themed reel went viral with over 139K plays, significantly boosting the club’s visibility. These efforts led to a 44% rise in club membership, with social media becoming a critical driver for TOCO’s website, contributing 19% of shop traffic and 9.5% of overall site traffic. The strategy not only increased online presence but also fostered stronger community engagement around electric vehicles.
